This online training session is a core workout of five exercises. We’ve done them as 30 seconds of exercise followed by 15 seconds recovery. You can progress this to 45 seconds of exercise and 15 seconds recovery. Try and do five rounds. If you can’t manage the 30 seconds or need a longer recovery, it’s best to do what you can and perform the exercises with good form, rather than struggle and perform them incorrectly.
