Return to running…

With effect from Monday, 29 June, I am pleased to say we will be able to offer some club runs again. This is a first step on the way back to some sort of normal. As with most things these days, the new ‘normal’ will be a little different to what we are used to.

We have streamlined the run groups so that there are 5 different run paces which, with looping, will cater for everyone. Runs will be at different times throughout the week and will have different start points. Perhaps the biggest change is that you will need to book onto a run – you can’t just turn up as groups are limited to 6 people including the LIRF.

Each week I will list the runs and contact details in the newsletter and you will then need to contact the run leader directly to book your place. Please DO NOT comment on the members’ FB page to book your run.
