It was great to see such full groups last week at BARC. Despite the downpour that arrived unexpectedly for the first session, everyone seemed to be enjoying some hard training! Here are this week’s training plans:

Warm up

Set 1: 2 times 5 mins at long run pace, 2 mins active recovery

2 mins rest

Set 2: 3 times 3 mins at 10k – 5k pace, 90s active recovery

2 mins rest

Set 3: 4 times 1m hard pace, 1 min recovery
