The sessions will be run on the club’s behalf by Spot on Fitness (Sue Potter) and will be held on Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm and Fridays 10am-11am.
Sue has coached and supported the club over many years and we look forward to working with her to build up our beginners’ base.
Each course will be limited to 12 athletes. The first week will offer a free taster session to participants. Sue will actively promote BBDRC throughout the course and we look forward to welcoming some new faces to club in the New Year.
Further details will be made available after the 2nd December when hopefully we will have a clearer view on latest restrictions & what we will be able to offer.
