Firstly, it’s great to see Richard Crossland hitting the 10k mark yesterday after a prolonged period out with injury. It’s been a long road with still some to go but I think Richard summed it up in his Facebook post when he said:
“…be thankful for every step you can run, practice mindfulness and enjoy getting out in the elements!”
Secondly, I’ve also heard that the junior coaching team have been doing great work getting Zoom fitness training up and running. In particular Potty who led the first session. By all accounts the kids loved it and rumour has it that Potty does a very impressive burpee!! We’ll await a demonstration!!
